My Personal Story and Review of Fat Loss 4 Idiots

My Personal Story and Review of Fat Loss 4 Idiots - I've been riding and showing horses for most of my life, and I've never had a problem with my weight until last year. I love my horse too much to torture him so I decided to do something to get rid of the excess. Once I started searching online for a successful diet program I was overwhelmed, I'm surprised my computer didn't explode! It took a while, but thanks to search engines and a few good friends I discovered Fat Loss 4 Idiots. I've decided to give my honest review of Fat Loss 4 Idiots, so that those out there looking to lose weight have a broadened perspective.

I haven't been overweight forever, just over the last few months. But when I gained it I gained it quickly, and it was a very emotional process in dealing with myself. I'm not at an age where I should be putting on as much weight as I was, so I decided to do something about it. I can't exercise as much or as intensely as I would like, thanks to a back injury, so it was important to find a product that would work without asking too much of my back.

I'm not a big fan of gimmicks, drugs, miracle cures, or spending a lot of money--so I had a feeling that I wouldn't be able to find something that could work for me. I heard about Fat Loss 4 Idiots through a friend who had used it after she had her twins. After researching it I really liked what I saw. It's a program that puts the metabolism to work, by using a process called calorie shifting. Basically, it's the process of switching up the different types of calories everyday so the metabolism has to work to keep up.

The diet gives you a sense of control. You get to eat the foods you enjoy while making healthier eating and life choices. They encourage you to walk regularly and drink plenty of water, avoid junk foods. Instead of eating two or three big meals a day, eat four meals spread out over a couple hours. This reduces hunger and it also boosts the metabolism. As simple as it sounds it really works. It's a common sense diet that's explained in plain english. I have no interest in reading wordy, overpriced diet programs that I can't understand anyway.

The program says that you can lose nine pounds in eleven days. I didn't lose nine pounds, but I did lose five. I continued to lose the fat on my stomach and inner thighs, which are my problem areas, and the more results I saw the better I was beginning to feel about myself. The amount of weight to be lost varies, depending upon the size of the person dieting and their willpower. I only had about 15-20 pounds that I was trying to lose. But I did lose it, in about two months.

I know of other people that lost more weight than I did. They seemed very pleased with the product as well. It helps to lay the foundation for a healthier future, by breaking those bad eating habits. There isn't much to be said for a diet that starves a person into losing weight, but there is something to say for a program that helps people to lose it and keep it off.
